BodyWorx offers you numerous cardio devices (endurance) of the latest generation of LifeFitness (including TV, Internet and some with Netflix) for training. From crosstrainer to treadmill, from flexrider to powermill (climbing stairs) – here you will find all the important cardio equipment!
BodyWorx has a very large number of LifeFitness strength machines (Insignia line).
Our Hammer-Strength power range is unique in the canton of Zug. Hammer Strength is a world-renowned brand and is called the champion of all engines.
Many free parking places (120 in Steinhausen and 20 in Rotkreuz), free Wi-Fi (in Steinhausen), the popular QiX-Club (children’s play corner in Steinhausen), and many other advantages complete our diverse offer!

BodyWorx not only offers you the outstanding location in Steinhausen (including Timeless Spa and outdoor area), but we also have two other locations – in Rotkreuz and Zug.
We are the most modern and diverse fitness center group in the canton of Zug. The BodyWorx in Steinhausen with 3200m2 is also the largest and most well-equipped fitness center in Switzerland (with 120 free parking spaces).
We can welcome you (almost) everywhere in the Canton of Zug!
All locations have comfortable and generous areas, so that every visitor has a lot of free space during a workout.
All BodyWorx locations are designed to avoid waiting times and help you reach your goals in your exercise time window.
