UNIQUE POWER TRAINING
Hammer Strength is the world’s number one weight-bearing weight machine, adapted to the body’s natural movement patterns. Hammer Strength was the first to explore the ergonomic benefits of independent converging and diverging motion arcs. Become a champion with more than 40 weight discs.
ISO-LATERAL TECHNOLOGY
Enables smooth converging and diverging motion arcs. The independence of the movements allows users to move both arms or legs simultaneously, independently, alternately, or with different weights.
GROUND BASE
